Surprise on a Sunday night

This past week has been a very unusual one, we didn't make it into NT daily since Jesse missed the entire week of school due to the virus he had. Tonight when I walked into church, I was greeted by a gentle man who has shown great interest in the progression of the property. He was very excited, and said; " I saw the piles of materials and that the land was leveled". I was shocked and told heim that he now knew more than I did, since the last I had been by the property, it was leveled but no materials were on site. Progression!! Praise God!!
What do you call a plank of wood that has nothing to do ??
A board ( Bored)

From back yard looking towards the street, my van is parked where the driveway will be.
